Delivery
What can I expect prior to delivery?
- The day before your delivery, you may be contacted to confirm your order and address.
- The morning of your delivery, your delivery team will call with your estimated delivery time.
- After the delivery, the delivery team will haul away all packing and boxes unless you instruct them otherwise.
- The delivery team will haul away your old appliance, mattress or electronics product. Units must be clean & free of food, water and health hazards.
- Our delivery team will perform a before and after walk-through of the delivery path with you. This is an extra precaution we take to prevent damage to your property during your delivery.
What can I do to assist the delivery team?
- Make sure an adult 18 years or older is present when the delivery team arrives.
- Clear a pathway larger than the item being delivered both inside and outside the house and remove fragile items.
- Remove all personal items from the appliance being hauled away.
- Please arrange installation of your new built-in appliance and/or disconnection of your old built-in appliance through your salesperson in advance (an additional fee may apply).
- Some gas appliances may be converted from natural gas to Liquid Propane (LP) for an additional fee. Please arrange this through your salesperson in advance.
Our Delivery Teams Complete the Following: (Unless Otherwise Instructed)
Refrigerators & Freezers
NOTE: Installation of a new water line from the source to the
refrigerator must be arranged in advance through your salesperson for
an additional fee.

Pro-style Appliances & Built-in Refrigeration
NOTE: We will need extra space inside and outside your home to deliver this type of product. Installation must be arranged in advance through your salesperson and requires an additional fee.

Washers
NOTE: We will not remove covers to drain holes in your household plumbing receptacle. Drain piping must be visible and open. Extension fill hoses can be purchased at the time of delivery, if needed. Any remaining water from the old washer must be removed.

Dryers
NOTE: Some dryers can be stacked on top of the washer. The delivery
team will stack the dryer if the appropriate stacking kit (which may
need to be purchased separately) is present. Standard TV &
Appliance will not install venting longer than 6 feet.

Electric Ranges
NOTE: The State of Oregon does not allow retailers to install cords while a site is under construction.

Oven, Cooktop, Hood or Vent
NOTE: Installation must be arranged in advance through your salesperson for an additional fee.

Drop-In, Slide-In & Gas Ranges
NOTE: Installation must be arranged in advance through your salesperson for an additional fee.

Dishwashers
NOTE: Installation must be arranged in advance through your salesperson for an additional fee. We do not install portable dishwashers.
|
Mattress & Box Springs
NOTE: The delivery team will not bend the mattress beyond manufacturer’s recommendations.
|
Electronics
NOTE: If you require further installation, your sales person can arrange this for an additional fee. Standard TV and Appliance will not move your furniture.
