nice finish and features. DON'T believe the pre heat temp. The control panel shows the tamp as it is rising and stops at the desired temp, in about 5 to 7 min. The actual temp will be 150 to 200 degrees lower. The oven takes 20 min to pre heat to 400 degrees. buy an oven thermometer to use the oven correctly. I spent $70.00 for the K aid service tech to tell me this. make sure to buy the extended warranty. Don't rely on email support, they won't return email.

Purchased and installed in November,2015. Enjoyed preparing Thanksgiving dinner with use of double ovens. Didn't know what I was missing with a single oven. Hope not to have to find out!

My first use of the cleaning cycle resulting in total failure of the fan motor and thermostats. Thanksgiving took a serious dive. Never thought KitchenAid would be ever so disappointing

I had to find a 24-inch double wall oven to fit into the existing space and this Kitchen Aid was by far the best choice. It looks great and has all the features I need. I have only had it for two months and have not had any problems so far. Only time will tell if it will earn an "Excellent" for the quality and durability I expect.

So far so good
