Standard's History:
Standard TV & Appliance has been a Portland landmark since 1947. Founded at the end of World War II, the well-known storefront on SE Woodstock was opened in 1952. After numerous expansions and remodels, Standard still out-grew the Woodstock store and relocated to its current SE 82nd Avenue location - the largest appliance showroom in the Northwest. Standard TV & Appliance now has locations in Portland, Beaverton, Tigard and Bend, and remains Oregon based and family owned.
Standard sells appliances by all the best known manufacturers, as well as mattresses, electronics, big screens, home theater, and more. Standard is committed to bringing the best and most innovative products to its customers at the lowest price.
