Problem with construction

When I received the unit the regulator was put on but it was in the way of the draw When the repairman tried to remove it the internal piping was damaged the pipe was not properly welded to the base and it twisted

We purchased this cooktop a couple of weeks ago after a lot of searching and consideration of several others I believe this cooktop to be a very good value compared to others with all of the latest features and an extra year factory warranty Looks awesome and cooks as expected
