We bought this 3 years and 2 months ago Worked great A few days ago it would not start We kept getting a message saying openclose door Still wouldnt work after clearing out the timer and opening and closing the door a few times We tried several things to get it to start again such as resetting the breaker unplugging and plugging back in No longer under warranty and customer service says its not really worth it to pay to have someone come fix it might as well replace the unit For how much we paid in 2016 we didnt get our moneys worth Will be shopping around
