We had a LG microwave before and it went out before 2 years We are trying another one and it seems like this is an updated version of our last one It is an under the cabinet model and the inside seems lower then the other one which makes it easier to reach inside Also the ending tone is much quieter and the lights seem brighter Weve only had it for 2 days so havent used many features but these stood out Great Job LG

I choose this microwave for the name I thought spending a bit more and getting a name brand Ive heard of would be a good idea I thought it would last me a while Where are the days of microwaves lasting 5 or 10 years I called LG and no one was of any help

CONTROL PANEL FLICKERING AFTER 15 YEARS WITH MAYBE 20 USES I TRAVEL A LOT FROM PROPERTY TO PROPERTY SERVICE CALL AND PARTS COSTS MORE THAN THE MICROWAVE SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON LG PRODUCTS FOR ALL OF MY HOMES AND BUSINESSES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS NO MORE NEVER AGAIN
