The old microwave died so I wanted to get a new microwave to match my Frigidaire elec stove It is black stainless steel I found one at Lowes I liked and bought it I love this this microwave it heats so fast plus quiet The 2 speed fan is very nice to have when you are cooking on burners under the microwave I love everything about this microwave so easy to use and buttons for 30 seconds and 10 seconds Very user friendly and efficient Large interior easy to clean Looks beautiful I am very pleased with my purchase

The microwave works great and we really like how quiet it is compared to our previous LGMy main complaint are the alarms It goes off THREE times with several minute intervals between each alarm We often heat items and leave them while doing other tasks but now we have to stop and open the door or we get two more alarms The timer is another gripe It works like the cook alarm it keeps on beeping and you have to stop and press timer or open the door to make it stopWhen you are working in the kitchen I shouldn't have to baby sit and respond to the microwave constantly Just BEEP ONCE and stop

It looks beautiful works flawlessly and is huge compared to my old countertop one There really are only 2 cons1 The defrost cooks the meat a bit too much so you really have to watch it 2 If you want to use the fan you have to have an exhaust hooked up Overall the pros outweigh the cons and they are so minor I wouldn't even knock a star off Just more of an FYI for those who choose to buy
