Love the clean look of this slide-in range. It looks great against our tiled back splash. Really like the overhang on the sides.

Bosch customer service is terrible. Everytime you call you get a different answer. Waited more than 5 months to get a part. Service techinician appoinments take weeks to schedule. I would not reccomend buying this

We purchased all Bosch appliances for our kitchen. This range has been horrible since day one. The oven would not ignite after delivery. They did send a Bosch repair service. Just days after our warranty was up, the same issue presented itself. The repair was $500. The same issue is present, the oven will not heat up. We thought we made a reliable choice with Bosch, but can get no help from customer service. What should we do? Did we get a lemon or have you had similar complaints.

Got it three weeks ago, it has only worked for three days. Waiting two weeks for a service call? Inexcusable in an expensive and brand new item. I am so sorry I bought this. What a mess.
