Achieve maximum cleaning throughout the entire cycle with LG QuadWash™. With four spray arms instead of two, QuadWash™ also includes Multi-Motion arms that rotate back and forth while spinning. The high pressure jets power-clean dishes from multiple angles.
Count On It
When you buy a dishwasher, you want something reliable that you can count on. Because the Direct Drive Motor uses fewer moving parts and operates more efficiently, LG confidently backs the motor with a 10-year warranty.
Easy Loading & Maximum Flexibility
The newly-enhanced EasyRack™ Plus system provides outstanding flexibility and convenience, adjusting to just about any load of dishes to help ensure optimal cleaning performance. Easy to adjust on-the-fly, this racking system can shift to handle any challenge your dishes can serve up.
Quiet Operation
LG's technological advances, like the Inverter DirectDrive motor and the advanced self-cleaning filtration system, were designed with quiet in mind. At 48dB, this dishwasher is among the quietest dishwashers in its class.

I am in the middle of making a second warranty claim on this dishwasher. Both related to the control board, where it either loses power completely or shuts down on its own mid-cycle. Since I've also had a serious issue with the brand new LG oven I purchased at the same time, my confidence level of any LG product is nil.

We bought a kitchen suite 2 years ago and now the motor in the dishwasher is shot! They only have 1 warranty repair company in the Toledo area and the cost of the labor is about the same as getting a new dishwasher, granted the motor is covered but I will never ever buy another LG appliance ever, we we warned by the salesman that we'd be lucky to get a few years out of these, red flag. Everything is throw away now. The original appliances lasted from 1999 to 2018. Very upset about this what a joke.

I bought it 2 months ago, it work good except does not fully dry, it is still wet after overnight with extra dry on. I wonder if the option extra dry option works or not? Also, I can't get the download cycle to work. Tell me how to make it work, and explain what the function of download cycle do?
Control boards only last 6 months

Do not buy.. We've had this model for about 1.5 years, the racks started rusting after 6 months, the control board failed after 11 months, now its just failed again 6 months later.
Good operation, poor rack design.

On the first use, we quickly realized that this dishwasher holds a fraction of the dishes as our old scratch & dent washer. Despite being the same size, the design of both the top and bottom racks limits the amount of items that can be put in the racks and still ensure a good clean. I have 3 different style/shape dinner plates and none of them stand up straight in the rack, and because they lean at least 2 or three slots end up being wasted space. The bottom rack allows you to fold down certain prongs for larger items, but because of the direction they fold (back to front, instead of side to side), the extra space ends up being way larger than one would need for items such as a mixing bowl or casserole dish and doesn't secure the dish. The upper rack allows you to adjust the height of the rack, but the way it is designed, if the rack is lowered by even one notch, the part of the rack that slides up and down in the adjustment feature hits taller items in the bottom rack. Forget putting a spatula or serving dish in the bottom rack while the upper rack is lowered at all. There is plenty of space between the top of those items and the bottom of the top rack, but as soon as you slide the top rack out, the vertical slide rail from the top rack will knock into or get caught on items in the lower rack. Lastly, I have 4 different style/shape wine glasses, and not one row in the top rack secures or fits a single one of those glasses. Each row or prong or slot is either too small or too big. I didn't have a single one of these issues with my old scratch and dent appliance. Very happy so far with the performance of the dishwasher, but the rack design is the worst I've ever seen and completely offsets the performance when I can't run a full load and have to hand wash all my wine glasses.
