Big dissapointment

a lot of people will say that i should be happy that it lasted 6 years. putting it into perspective it is the most prestigious product line for samsung, and it should last longer. for a top line product this rating from people is really bad. unfortunately, i bought a whole set of appliances. this is not the only one that broke. microwave had to be fixed 3 times ($175) fridge, two times ($1500) and now the dishwasher. does not start and parts are so expansive that it does not make sense to replace them. (small recirculating motor that breaks all the time according to people on google is $130) it still looks good but for now it is just filling dead space between cabinets. big dissapointment samsung. left you a note on messenger and not even a reply. no more samsung. shame

had to repair this 3 times. all costly repairs. when the waterfall stopped working, i was done. shopping for a new dishwasher nd wont be going back to samsung.

do not buy. waterwall technology is defective. this product should be recalled. instead of receiving the help i should get, i have to buy a replacement.

This was just purchased 5 years ago and I had had to have it repaired 3 times now. I will not purchase another. I have a cheap dishwasher downstairs that is 9 years old and never have had to have it repaired.

Mine works great. Best dishwasher I ever had. Soooooo quiet, dishes come out super clean. I plan to buy another one for my home in New York.
