KitchenAid's premium major appliances and countertop appliances lends itself perfectly to creating the kitchen of your dreams, ideal for food prep, entertaining, and dining. Whether you're purchasing your major appliances in a suite or individually, the result is cutting-edge technology from a stylish conversation piece. When building your dream culinary workspace, cooking is one of the most important aspects to focus on: flexibility, increased capacity, and endless possibilities. There are two main routes to go: cooktop and wall oven separately or combining two-in-one with a range.

When choosing your perfect cooktop, your main choices will be between gas, electric, and induction, which is an option much newer on the market. The KitchenAid gas cooktops - like the 48" Commercial-Style Gas Cooktop with Griddle - offer increased temperature control and can use natural gas or propane to fuel either four or five burners in 36- or 30-inch widths. Additionally, you can choose between a stainless steel surface with cast-iron grates or a gas-on-glass style. The KitchenAid electric cooktops - like the ARCHITECT® II 15" Ceramic Electric Cooktop with 2 Radiant Elements - provide increased flexibility for initial installation and later relocation in case of a move or redesign, and though there's only one power option with an electric cooktop, the ceramic-glass surface ensures consistent and even heat for your simmer, melt, or boil. KitchenAid induction cooktops create heat directly in magnetic cookware, meaning the heat source is the cookware itself instead of any burner or element. This means precise and quick heating and cooling with quick clean-up on a ceramic-glass surface.

Wall ovens come with endless possibilities and the freedom to place your cooktop anywhere in your kitchen, opening up the space to flexible designs. KitchenAid's wall ovens are a perfect fit in any classic or modern kitchen, allowing you to choose what fits your cooking style best: single wall ovens, double wall ovens, or combination wall ovens. Single wall ovens - like the Black 27" - 4.3 Cu. Ft. Self Clean Convection Single Wall Oven - can be installed in a wall, cabinet, or under a counter and pair perfectly with the KitchenAid cooktops. Double wall ovens - like the Black 30" - 10.0 Total Cu. Ft. Self Clean Convection Double Wall Oven - allow for customized cooking and offer additional cooking space, making large gatherings a breeze. Combination wall ovens feature a microwave up top and a full-size oven below, like the 30" - 6.4 Cu. Ft. Microwave Convection Electric Wall Oven Combination.

KitchenAid freestanding ranges come in slide-in models or double oven models and are commercial-style, emulating the capabilities and look of a commercial-style kitchen inspired by world-class chefs. Slide-in ranges - like the 30" - 5.8 Cu. Ft. AquaLift Self-Clean Convection Gas Range - have finished sides and a backguard to allow for installation anywhere in the kitchen. Double oven ranges - like the 30" - 6.7 Cu. Ft. Dual Fuel Self-Clean Double Oven Convection Range - have even more room and capabilities for cooking multiple dishes at the same time, making the most of your time and getting you out of the kitchen and back to the most important things in life.

I guess I didn't know how good my maytag was until I bought a kitchenaid. So look it compacts garbage, sure, and does a great job at that, if you can stand the stink long enough to keep the garbage in the house to compact it, that is! The door doesn't seal, it is loose and let's the smells and odors out; it's cheap and not the quality of expect from KA. The fan and air freshener are a joke and its noisy so you don't want to leave it run forever. I do see why they put it in being the poor design. I wanted my maytag back but they already disposed of it!

We purchased this compactor to replace a previous unit. Service had to be done within two weeks as a retaining pin in the foot button had fallen out as it had no retainer. This unit has a door release at the bottom made of plastic. When the door is closed the plastic bar makes a rattle which indicates how cheaply it is built. There is no way a designer for this product did not hear the sound but obviously did not care.

Like the sleek looks!

I had this installed along with my other stainless steel appliances; I love it, It is streamlined and the stainless steel elevates it far above a 'trash container! Compacts the trash very effectively, and has a slot for an air freshner that works great!

Quality a little over-stated

We bought this to replace a compactor that we used for 15 years. The Kitchen Aid is not as sturdy as our previous compactor of another brand. For the cost, almost $900.00(at an Outlet store), I certainly expected better. My husband had to re adjust it before we could use it. It wouldn't open or shut properly. He found the tracks in the back were poorly constructed. Doubt this will last 15 years :(

Why We Don't Show ALL Prices

Retailers like Amazon have the legal right to set their own prices independently, however some manufacturers place restrictions on how those prices are communicated to the public. Because our PRICE IS LOWER than the manufacturers "Minimum Advertised Price", the manufacturer does not allow us to show you our price in an online atmosphere.
