Bought KCDS100T2 Feb 2019 Ran into the low drain issues and had to customize the drainage Yesterday it quit working Used the Allen wrench came with it and tried to rotate the grinding plate but in vain Reached out to customer service cant get a technician for a week to to loot at it Its very expensive compared to other companies but paid the price anticipating and expecting not to run into such issues due to the reliability and reputation of kitchen Aide Per customer service cant take it in to a authorized service provided Now I am out of a sink for a week
