I got this as a gift also and the spray doesnt clog even with seasoned oils The stainless steel is a bonus also to make it last longer As mentioned in the other reviews I use it for oiling up different cuts for the pellet grill but also to prevent sticking to the grates

I have to be completely honest I dont think I would ever bought this for myself but as a gift filling it up with avocado oil high temperature oil that keeps my meats from sticking to my grill I found Ive use this thing surprisingly more than I thought and you know what its become a valuable tool in my barbeque arsenal So for something that I never thought about Im very glad to have
