Bought this brand new and it barely works I have never had this many problems with a brandnew appliance in my life I've had 3 different service men out to try to fix it and still so many problems The timer wasn't plugged in right the drum was off and wouldn't rotate and wouldn't heat and the next the service men must have forgotten to remove the tape used to repair it that was in the back causing it to overheat then shut off With all the service men out to fix it it still does not work I would look at a different dryer
