I bought this about a month ago and am very happy with my purchase The machine is very efficient and convenient The only thing I would change is the wireless option can be easily disabled and defeats the purpose of being able to restart the machine before arriving home

What a terrible user interface Knobs and buttons are so much easier to use The touchscreen is finicky and it takes twice as long to tell the dryer what you want it to do And the internet connection That's great when it works but it often doesn't work In addition it automatically disables remote control every time you open the door Why That makes no sense As a dryer it works OK but it's rather noisy Also it has the world's largest door which makes it impossible to put anything in front of the machine and still open or close the door I'm talking about things like laundry baskets The inside opening is standardsized Why put such an enormous door on the thing For looks The bottom line is that this dryer is much too much trouble to operate

It dries very well the delicates and the whites settings The clothes come out soft and dry But other settings are not good at all It doesnt dry completely so the cycle has to be repeated again and again when it STOPS without drying completely Either give up and spread the clothes over the chairs and drying rack or change it to the whites cycle to finish the load It kind of dictates that the load has dried but you touch the clothes or pillows or towels and are still wet Im disappointed with the results and with the time lost I wish there was a manual setting in order to bypass the smartness of machine that doesnt always help If other people dont have these problems maybe the service department should check the electronics of this one
