I bought a new LG washer and dryer a few weeks ago. I love my LG washer bot the dryer does not dry my clothes completely

Been using for two weeks after a big move, so done dozens of loads of laundry. Sensor dry works great. Only once had to put a load on for extra time. Had older LG from 12 years ago in old house (which still worked great) and this has close to twice the capacity.

I would have given this a 5 rating as the performance is great, however I have one complaint. I had a worker in my home who needed to move the dryer so he leaned on the top surface to reach behind to unplug it and put a dent the size of a large saucer in the top. Needless to say I was devastated. IÕd not had anything new in quite some time and absolutely loved my new dryer. Now it looks like an old second hand one; no fault of LG but I canÕt help but wonder what the Mil is of the metal used to construct the machine. Leaning on it should not have caused this damage. With that said, I wouldnÕt recommend putting anything on top of the machine such as laundry detergent, etc as you may regret it. Photo is rotated sideways but you can still see the dent well.
