Moisture sensor is Garbage

I bought this item and It wasnt cheap Finding out that it stops drying after 10min on the sensor dry and it's usually still wet I do it again samething It thinks its dry NOT I mentioned it to Whirlpool I dont think they will fix the issue or software for it I have to put it on Time dry What's the point of a sensor dry if it doesnt work What garbage
