I am happy with my Sidekick. Its a lifesaver when you need to wash a very small amount and do not have to wait for a full load. Great idea I wish mine had a smart feature though.

Works well no place for softner. The washer and dryer came with problems out of the box. LG left us hanging.

Great Idea but Needs More Features for 5 Stars

Overall this is a great idea and LG did a great job executing it. I would have liked to have seen WiFi support like our main washer has so I get alerts of when it is finished. I would have also liked to have seen a softener cup so that I could just set it to run and only come back when its done. Right now having to had softener at mid cycle is extra steps. Also there is no way to silence the beeps so when my kid is taking a nap I have to make sure to close the door for the room.

Ive used this mini-washer for many things: underwear dress shirts blouses etc. Very handy when I only have a few things to launder or things I dont want to include in a fron-load wash.
