clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Not happy with the enormous amount of wrinkles that it puts in my clothes. Also it leaves fuzzy gray stuff on dark clothes, like they arenÕt getting rinsed good enough. Not to mention the clothes donÕt come out smelling fresh. I have also noticed that clothes with nylon/spandex material comes out with picks all over them or small holes.

I bought this machine over a year ago. I makes gray marks on my white clothing. I select cold water but am wondering after reading these reviews if I am getting the cold water. I had requested repair but the two men that have come to my house have no idea what causes this. HELP!

I bough this washer to replace our Top Loader ( that we had over 12 years with no problems, until it died last month) Everyone said to go top loader instead. LG had high ratings, but I am not happy with this washer. My clothes do NOT come out smelling clean at all! I am probably ruining my dryer now because I had to start using a dryer sheet for the smell. Not to mention the fact that even on MEDIUM spin all the clothes come out MAJOR wrinkled!!

We noticed water pooling under the washing machine on the first operating cycle after installation. The washer was delivered and installed with a damaged or defective drain hose. Two weeks later, LG has still not located and dispatched an authorized service provider to fix the problem.Duct-taping the drain hose slowed but didn't stop the leak. We were pleased with the low water consumption and washing results of the two wash cycles we were able to complete.*** If you live outside of metropolitan areas, I would not recommend purchasing an LG appliance. LG has been stalling for over a week, evidently unwilling to incur the warranty expense of a remote service provider that must travel over 100 miles to our location.

Purchased last year. Does a good job washing all types of clothes. Balances load and then adjust time of washing based on load weight. This Is my first LG washer and we really like it.
