I HATE THIS WASHING MACHINE

I bought my LG 3D Turbo washing machine at Home Depot about a month ago. I was excited to have a new washing machine for the first time in about 10 years. I purchased the 5.5 cubic drum because my husband owns a spa and comes home with lots of laundry. We also have a baby and 3 golden retrievers. Please believe me when I say this, the washing machine doesnÕt clean ANYTHING!! The clothes come out the same way they went In but the only difference is that they are wet. I am beyond frustrated. If you call LG they will want to send a technician out, if the technician says there isnÕt anything wrong with the machine then they will charge you a fee. FANTASTIC!!! So now I have a technician coming to my house to look at my BRAND NEW machine that doesnÕt clean anything. IÕm about to put the thing on the curb. I HATE IT!I donÕt want to wash the same load of laundry 5 times, I donÕt have time and thatÕs not what I paid for. I want my money back or catch me at the BBB.

Bought this set on May 5, 2020. Two months later the washer has stopped working. Spent an hour on the phone with LG transferred 10 times. Sent to Home Depot LG repair service. Spent another hour on the phone. They can't get anyone out to look at it for a week. Paid nearly 1,000 for this washer that worked for two months - with only two adults using it. HORRIBLE customer service from LG. HORRIBLE PRODUCT.

I was reluctant to purchase this washer given the negative reviews. I am happy to say I love this machine! Some people will be confused when trying to operate it but it really isn't that difficult. The many wash options are easy to adjust including water temperature and spin speed. I use almost warm water and low spin for most laundry loads. I also like to use the bulky or bedding setting for more water. Yes, it takes some getting use to but Wow! it does a terrific job.

I purchased this washing machine along with 5 other appliances. I read the reviews and was excited about this washing machine. After 1 1/2 months the control panel went out. Due to Covid no one was allowed to come look at it. LoweÕs would not allow me to return it. Today is June 19 and the washing machine still does not work. The part has been on backorder for over a month. I call LG everyday, to only receive the runaround. Currently, I have to spend money at the washateria. Very disappointed in LG and LoweÕs. I spent over 7,000. Never again and I will let everyone know about the poor customer service.
