My Chest Freezer Door /Lid is warped. .Service and Parts No updates

I purchased my 248 Cubic Ft Chest Freezer in Sept 2022 I had a service call in June to check an Ice build up inside the door lid This was due to the lid being warped Consequently I need to put heavy weights on top of the freezer so it seals properly I have a work order in progress I called to check on the progress for a new door after 4 call transfers Answer # 1 3 to 5 Business Days #2 Back Order This is an unacceptable practice from a reputable company Also I purchased two 148 Cubic Ft the same week All are under extended warranty 3 an 5 Years I need a new Chest Freezer Door Lid ASAP Thank You
