I bought this refrigerator in 2021 it was a good looking unit and I liked the styling It worked well until it didnt The compressor died unexpectedly at just over 2 years old LG sent a repair company out who replaced the compressor under the initial 5 year warranty that being said I have zero faith in this unit lasting more than a few more years Such a waste of money and product I would not recommend buying any LG devices at this time They have had issues with the refrigerators before and had a class action lawsuit

Got this LG refrigerator not too long ago and it has been great so far This is a narrower size to fit a tight space so it worked out great This fridge dont have a lot of features it is just a simple storage for your food It does make some noise when the water is filling up the ice maker but aside from that it is super quiet The only thing i think LG should have included is a water filter to process the water before it goes into the ice maker

We like the design of lower freezer and French door upper refrigerator A manufacturing defect caused the refrigerator portion to stop working It took 2 weeks for LG to repair And the on line process to get service was difficult and frustrating

I thought the floor model i was looking at was the one i wanted On delivery it was the larger size Wasnt thrilled but quickly made the room and it has been everything and more than i imagine

I heard good things about LG and wanted a fridge without a lot of extra features I love the looks and how quiet it is Also love the deep shelves on the door The one feature that I didnt notice is that the shelves run all the way across instead of being split down the middle If you want to store a couple gallons of milk or wine or a large turkey one of those two shelves will need to be removed I solved the problem by purchasing two selfstanding refrigerator shelves which I use in one half of space but it was disappointing to do this for a brand new fridge My only other comment is that the doors dont shut without a conscious push Its probably related to energy efficiency so not really a complaint but the open door warning alarm saves me about 5 times a day
