Looks nice but it died 2 months into use Submitted a claim online and didnt hear back Called them and was able to schedule a repairman a few days later He updated the software and it started working again _ Basically the customer service isnt the best and the frig is temperamental

This refrigerator has been a nightmare First LGs delivery service kept delaying delivering my refrigerator by 3 weeks LG did compensate me a small amount for the delay Then after 1 month of it being installed it stopped working When I called to get it serviced I was told no one could come out for 6 days This is the only refrigerator I have in the house so this is a huge inconvenience LG was the only appliances I used to buy but now I will not buy another LG product ever again
