i am terribly disappointed with this refrigerator anything stored along the back wall freezes and is then spoiled the repair person set the temp to a high one and just said to keep all produce in the drawers but its not possible to load up the fridge without something being in the back including produce then it gets spoiledalso there is only one light at the top of the fridge no side lights so its hard to see things in the dark shadows

the ice maker on this model was absolutely the slowest when new twice daily slowly became worse and has finally stopped it will fill and freeze but just stop dropping a counter top ice maker will be less expensive than a service call and i can't find a schematic online

Died in 6 months, support a nightmare

6 months after we purchased this refrigerator the compressor died and we woke up to a warm fridge and a freezer full of melted food the 200 or so we lost in food paled in comparison to the nightmare that was samsung warranty support long story short we had to wait more than a month for the earliest available appointment with their authorized repair service samsung told us we could have someone else come fix it sooner and be reimbursed but then refused to actually authorize that company to service the unit and refused to reimburse us that company's service fee a customer service supervisor also screamed at me for not understanding their policies after i waited on hold for 2 hours so that was cool too never again

works well is quiet and larger than i realized it also looks really cool not having the big handles the fingerprintless stainless steel is a bonus too love this fridge
