i really love the capacity of this refrigerator and the sharp look back it gives one thing that i don't like is the short life of the water filter and the replacement cost for a new one

my samsung refrigerator has performed well over the time i have owned it i have only found two problems that i have been unable to overcome the ice maker capacity and ice production is smaller and slower than the lg that i really enjoyed from time to time we have had to buy bags of ice to fill the ice hopper i wish it were more like the lg i so dearly loved but unable to purchase also the refrigerator lower shelf in the rear seems to freeze much of the liquids when on the lower shelf to the rear of the refrigerator we can't put the milk or juice in the back of the fridge on the lowest shelf

i've only had this for 4 months and what a huge disappointment i thought i bought a refrigeratorfreezer but to my surprise it ended up being 2 freezers i loved the idea of how large it was inside and as a chef i always need the extra spacebut by using the fullness of this proved to be a huge loss in food product the entire back of the refrigerator is actually a freezer who knew i've given samsung the opportunity to send out repair companies to fix the issue and they still have not now i'm in the samsung we got your money so good luck getting it back business i still wait for either a replacement or return of my money under their warranty statute do yourselves a favor and don't get rope a doped into this disaster of an appliance

Ice dispenser does not dispense

nohin like a new refrigerator that we cant get the ice to dispense makes great ice but had to call samsung for repair repair service was wonderful they are goingtoorder a new door which should fix the issueonce the ice dispenses we will be totally satisfied

No crisper and water dispenser light???

bought this thinking it had at least one crisper but it doesn't two bins at bottom of fridge with wide open gaps and no adjustments vegetables shriveled up in one day and really no light for water dispenser would it really have cost you that much to put a bulb in so disappointed with this purchase even cheaper fridges would have had these two features please do better
