tv went down in about three years. the samsung repair said the repair would cost more than the tv. first samsung tv i had ever bought. always bought panasonics before. luckily they are still working.

i have been a samsung tv customer for many years and all have been great products. this is my first smart tv with samsung and have had for 6 months. extremely disappointed with my experience to date. the tv will not turn on. after following the troubleshooting, still could not turn on. now i have to wait over a week to have a technician come to my house to repair a 6 month old tv. curious to understand if this is a common issue with samsung smart tv not turning on, since this is a brand new tv. or just an issue with the one i have.

I sold my M Series Vizio for this TV, and although the picture QUALITY is better, the brightness leaves much to be desired. I find with certain movies I have backlighting and brightness maxed out and it still is not that vibrant. I should have spent more and bought the q70 for our main tv. A little disappointed, but I should have read the reviews a little closer.
