Im very disappointed with this tv It worked just fine for about 5 months then began to have continuing issues with disconnecting from our wifi We went through all the LG trouble shooting changed routers and had no improvement LG sent a technician who diagnosed the problem as a bad network card The repair was said to be made but the issue was not fixed I called the outsourced repair service and told them the problem still exists and was told I have to go back to LG to start over Called LG spoke with a representative and after being on the phone with her for twenty minutes explaining the problem and giving the previous repair ticket number began to experience audio problems admitted by the representative to be from her side I gave my phone number and asked for a return call I have not received a call back yet and will call again tomorrow hoping to have a better experience We stream almost all of what we view on the television and it is worthless to us unless we use another device for streaming

Tv has amazing picture and sound quality Only issue that occurred with my TV is that I needed to replace the screen since it broke with horizontal lines

We saw out 65 OLED on a demonstration shelf at Costco and decided then and there that is was sooo much sharper than our old Curved 65 that we had to have it We love our new OLED so much Thank you to inovation

The operating left me extremely disappointed I thought it would be along the lines of Google or FireTV Nope If it werent such a large item I would return it But Im sort of lazy and will keep it At least the TV part of it is acceptable

No one of my apps are workingI returned and got a bigger tv and still none of the apps are working or want to down load its obviously a issue from the manufacture and I cant get ahold of them its been like this for 5 months and Im going to return this tv and purchase a different brand
