"I started with Standard TV & Appliance in 2019 as a Delivery Office Assistant. In the beginning, this was only a job/means of supporting myself while I focused on finishing my degree. I had no idea that I would fit right into the supportive and familial environment of the delivery department. Within three months, I was promoted to Delivery Office Supervisor. I have built countless relationships with my staff and teammates, and genuinely love coming to work every day. "I found a home with Standard TV and Appliance in February of 2005. I began as a switchboard operator, then moved into the Senior Receptionist position. I switched departments in 2012 and became the Claims Representative (handling customer property damages and work comp). Not too long after that I became the Claims Supervisor. In my tenure at Standard I've had the privilege to work with outstanding managers who facilitated my upward mobility in the company. I started in 2005 as a Customer Relations representative and I am now the Customer Relations Manager. I knew it would be a difficult job.
