We, at Standard, believe our customers should know ahead of time what they will be paying for labor – no hidden charges, no surprises. That’s why we use flat rate pricing for our services. Whether your job is big or small, takes ten minutes or three hours, you will be charged as follows:

Trip & Diagnosis Fee: This $99 fee covers our service trip to your home, expert diagnostics, and a written estimate for repairs.

Repair Labor: Flat rates are $112* to $172* depending on the manufacturer plus trip charge. This fee covers all labor costs no matter how many problems your appliance has. If you have an additional appliance that requires service, the cost for a second diagnosis and repair is just $99 for labor plus the cost of parts.

Preventative Maintenance: We offer Preventative Maintenanceservice on most appliances. The cost for each while in the home already is $39.99. For a list of these proucts, services and pricing, click here.

* Excludes sealed system repairs. A detailed estimate will be provided for these repairs.

** Excludes certain outlying areas. Call to verify that your zip code applies. Does not include labor rates for sealed system or tub jobs.
