A defective filter in the package

I bought this back in April 2021 I was able to replace the old filter with the new one as soon as I received the package and it worked for 6 months But now I need to replace again the filter with and unfortunately I found a defective filter It doesn't fit well and the water keeps on spilling inside the fridge So I replace it with the 3rd filter and it worked easily without any problem I need to request a replacement
