"I found a home with Standard TV and Appliance in February of 2005. I began as a switchboard operator, then moved into the Senior Receptionist position. I switched departments in 2012 and became the Claims Representative (handling customer property damages and work comp). Not too long after that I became the Claims Supervisor. I started in 2005 as a Customer Relations representative and I am now the Customer Relations Manager. I knew it would be a difficult job.
