The appliance is very difficult to keep clean We have owned glass top ranges before We are very careful to not spill at all on the burner but have on occasion and even with the special glass top cleaner is very difficult to keep totally clean My retailer was mailed pictures over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them Very disappointed with this product

Had to buy this cooktop quickly when mine died I am learning how to cook all over again because it gets so much hotter so much more quickly I have boiled over so many things but it cleans up easily

The quick boil burner is a serious concern It got so hot when I was hearing a pot of oil at about 6 that it caught fire The flames shot up the the ceiling and we almost lost everything I tried to reach out to Frigidaire about the problem but the phone numbers hang up on you because no one is there to take the call and I can't seem to email anyone about the issue I thought what did I do wrong Did I use the wrong pot Was there warning in the instruction manual but there is not The pot I used can handle the heat So that leaves the stove top getting too hot as the cause I would not recommend this or any stove with a quick boil function again ever
