Great features but poor ventilation

I love all the features of this microwave I have one problem with the exhaust ventilation which I consider to be a major problem It is powerful as advertised I have it vented outside Some of the exhaust comes out of the top left side and out of the top left door hinge 100 of the exhaust should go outside A service tech come out to fix it but after he spoke to KitchenAid tech support the answer was that is was normal operation because of the fan capacity Designing a hood exhaust to recirculate some of the exhaust back into the kitchen makes no sense Now I am being charged for a service call because it works normally I have since seen other reviews complaining about the same issue Also moisture occasionally gets between the glass The answer here was again normal operation How do I clean it later on I've had many KitchenAid appliances over the years and this is the first time I've been disappointed

In our remodel we realized we were not going to be able to eliminate the over the range microwave and I did not like how big and clunky those feel I saw this and was skeptical at first but wow it continues to impress The light is brighter than our under cabinet lighting and the fan vents as well as a hood leaving no odor I love the size and profile it leaves not big and clunky but sleek and modern
