First stove was damaged inside a perfect box container Lowes had to open 3 more boxes to find one not dented or damaged When they delivered it the guides on the storage drawer were missing Hope it works well in spite of your lousy quaity control program

We bought the stove and a week ago and it is so nice It heats up nicely and it's cool how while the oven is preheating it shows what temperature it's at as it heats so you have an idea of how long it will be until you can put your food in the oven The cooktop says in red when the burner is turned on and it tells you it's hot until it cools to prevent burns I'm very impressed with this oven and highly recommend We also like that its made in the USA
