The cooktop grates came serious rusted but LG immediately replaced them. That was only the beginning, the range stainless is darker than the LG microwave so looks like mismatched appliances. The blue coating in the oven is chipping and I find crumbled blue chips and dust in my oven every so often. The convection fan sprayed the juices from my roast over the entire oven. I used the cleaning feature and all cleaned up except oven door that after one month use looked ten years old with black splatters. I Immediately reported to LG in November of 2020, itsJuly 2021 and this is still not taken care of. The appliance repair person wrote a report that the range was not repairable so I should be offered a replacement or refund though no word from LG. When I call they, they tell me to email and then the email people tell me I need to call. Im on the insanity loop with LG. PS the stainless scratches so easy. this has been ridiculously high maintenance to keep looking nice. Desperately missing my old easy to clean white range.

We have had our new slide in range for about a month now.One thing that surprised us was how silent the cooking process is within the oven.Once heated there is hardly any noise the most quite oven for sure.Its a treat to use all works as advertised.Great purchase for us!

Bought this gas range 2 years ago. Trouble with panel after a year and a half. Took 2 months to get fixed. Contract repair service a nightmare to deal with. LG no better. Will never purchase another LG product again.
