Had nothing but trouble with this ice maker stopped working twice over the 3 month I had it. The second time if half filled the ice bin with water and froze solid.. I had to remove it to prevent damage to my freezer. When I called fridgidaire on two separate days. I spent hours being transfered from department to department and put on hold over and over again being told not the right department. I finally gave up. I hope this help other consumers not to waste their money on a poorly made product and a worse customer service.

Terribly frustrating! Junk!

Had to call repair man who doesn’t sell Frigidaire and we will have to pay for his service. The average person depends on appliances working. We’re not skilled in appliances so in order to get the piece of junk working, it will cost us money. Bogus! Will never buy another appliance from Lowe’s and sure won’t purchase a Frigidaire!!

Bought the ice maker in May when I purchased a new refrigerator. The ice maker was installed by the the technician where it was purchased. The ice maker seemed to work fine for a few months. It has now stopped working. Should have worked more than 7 months.

It takes forever to make Ice. For a Zero Degree Freezer. It is a piece of crap in my opinion. Would never purchase another. Very poor design also

It was a little slow making ice out of the gate. That picked up fine but the issue is that there seems to be a little water getting into the tray and forming an iceberg in the back of the tray that needs to be removed every few days.What causes this?
