Wonderful Refrigerater But..........

I have had this unit for several years I functions well but the ice maker and dispenser has never worked right We have had numerous service calls about the problem but it continues the dispenser jams and I have to take it apart to make it work again Hopefully they have preconfigured the unit for later models

I love my refrigerator The compressor only lasted 4 year but LG promptly changed it at no cost to me great customer service too

Worked fine for almost 45yrs then suddenly stopped cooling I contacted LG after performing remedial steps listed on the website and have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a warranty repair to be scheduled Customer service is hard to reach Ive had 2 repair companies cancel the work order the 3rd has said theyll get to it one day next week which will make the 4th week without a fridge sometime between 8am5pm that day There was a class action lawsuit involving the linear compressors evidently these arent built to last and service options are sparce

I bought this Frig two months back It is an excellent frig and has large capacityThe door shelving provides enough room for all our needsThe veggie drawers and the extra wide pull out shelf provides More room for eggs etcCold water and hot ce dispenser work as designedThe frig is extremely quiet and the compressor comes with a 10year warranty
