Horrible Chat response issue with LG refrig

My LG refrig stopped working I tried to work with the chat on line to fix the issues or at least get a repair man set up A ridiculous response that cost me over 4 hours to no avail It took another 45 minutes just to set up an appointment for a repair man Unacceptable

Weve had this refrigerator for about a month and we absolutely love it The first french door refrigerator Ive ever had and its amazing Plenty of space crystal clear water that tastes amazing and cubedcrushed ice at is the perfect size Having the freezer at the bottom really makes a differenceallowing us to see everything in the fridge This is our first LG product and Id definitely buy again
