Stopped working several time and was Compressor was replaced and 4 months later it is not working again Very disappointed with LG and have been a loyal customer for years and every other appliance I own is LG I will be replacing it with another brand

Adjustable door shelves are great quick to adjust and sturdy Ive never had a counterdepth refrigerator before but I love the form factor so much easier to find thing when the fridge is not as deep Only two minor complaints the its not magnetic so my kids were disappointed that they couldnt hang their artwork anymore and the icewater dispenser rotates through the modes cubeswatercrushed which is a little weird because if youre not paying attention you go from crushedcubes and make a mess

Only have three weeks with the new 42 refer but so far we love it Lighting is excellent and makes it very easy to see the entire contents without having to dig through everything The selfclosing dors and drawers are THE BEST LG did an amazing job of desiging and building this product well worth the ugly cost of a 42 refer Well done

We have had the water in the dispenser frozen requently Still waiting for replacement door to arrive for repair This frig is said to be stainless steel where I bought it but actually stainless steel finish on plastic

The refrigerator looks great and works as intended The only negative Ive noticed so far installed for 2 weeks is that the ice maker doesnt produce ice as fast as it should
