I searched the manual and the internet for tips on installing this and finally found a helpful video from an appliance dealer For my model FG4H2272UF the open media side faces the back of the fridge not the front as shown in some of these illustrations

Seriously you have nothing better to do than ask a customer to review this little piece of material that costs 16 and no doubt does nothing How did all my other refrigerators manage to run effectively without this little piece of fluff
