Being a loyal LG fan I was so excited to find the stylish microwave with the built in powerful hood Love the stylish finish The microwave heats up food nicely and love the little sound it makes when it is done heating the food It is amazing how the hood extender get rid of the odors all the way to the end of the range The hood is powerful and it is not too loud It is extremely easy to keep the microwave surface clean by using a dry rag Highly recommend this product

Replacing and existing LG microwave that was overheating It has all of the same features as the old microwave providing familiarity It has WIFI which doesnt help me in day to day operations Would like to have options to adjust the volume of the notification sounds it provides sound on or off only The on sound is a bit too loud and plays a tune
