We haven't baked much with it yet as we don't do much baking in the hot summer months but this is the most gorgeous oven I've ever seen I love the functionality of the center elongated burner the BTU's on the 'Quick Boil' burner the massive storage space below and the convection fan inside I never thought Iɽ be so crazy for an appliance

Heats up quickly Love the preheat display and the touch panel Convection cooking is nice I had to convert it to LP Gas which was a bit challenging to figure out and had to buy the kit separately for 50 or I probably wouldve given 5 stars But its been 2 weeks and everything seems fine with it
