My fridge went down 5 12 years old out of warranty Lg sent a tech to the house and the fridge was fixed for free All parts and labor were covered

LG French Door Refrigerator Failed Compressor

My compressor went out and the fridge and freezer no longer worked I called LG customer service and they had a repair man call me back in 6 business days He was polite quick and on time He came the very next day and replaced the compressor in a little over an hour and now my fridge is back to cooling and freezing and Im so happy

We have only had this refrigerator for almost 2 years and it already broke down Lost all of our food and we were without a working fridge for 6 days Literally living out of a small cooler for 6 days It was fixed on the 6th day and we were told it could happen again If we dont clean behind the refrigerator at least a couple times a year Weve never had to clean behind our fridge in our entire lives
