the ice machine made ice very slow in total took about 2 weeks to finally fill up the ice binalso the cracks in a clear shelf for the milkbought the unit at Lowe's and they have a terrible way of trying to get it fixed they only wanted to replace the whole refrigeratorwe are elderly and disabled and did not want to go through switching a refrigerator again knowing that a ice machine and a shelf can easily be switched outnow we're going through the process with Frigidaire repair and hoping that everything gets replaced properly

Can I have a new refrigerator this one is freezing all my eggs vegetables drinks orange juce and fruits this was bought on 3122023 The repair company is now asking me to buy a new filter it is not yet 6 months A rep from Frigidaire told me the filter is not on the warranty I would like to speak with a manager This is not how you treat your customers
